Yet again, I have to rub my eyes in wonder and enquire as to what monster swallowed the last eight years. My Michali, gentle, sweet, ever-smiling has hit this monumental birthday (granted the special place it holds in our family) and is thoroughly enjoying her well-deserved birthday treat.
I don't want to spoil this post by describing the events of the day (which weren't particularly enjoyable) but choose instead to marvel at how another of my little princesses has come of age in such a graceful manner. I'm definitely a little prouder than I was twenty-four hours ago.
